Jeremy joined our team in May 2005 and is a licensed attorney in the state of Tennessee and Georgia. In addition to his JD from Tulane University School of Law, Jeremy attended Austin Peay State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. At First Title Insurance Company, when Jeremy is not in a closing, he is performing title searches and file updates. He is a member of BNI, The Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Jeremy is skilled in other types of law such as Wills & Estates.
Wanda Beaty
Closing Agent | Escrow Agent | Escrow Officer
Wanda joined our team in September 2000 and brought with her 11 years of prior experience in the Title Industry. As an Escrow Officer, Wanda prepares the closing packages and Settlement Statements for our closings. Wanda works with realtors, lenders and bankers.
Patty Collins
Closing Agent | Escrow Agent | Escrow Officer | Processor
Patty Collins is a Closing agent and escrow officer that also prepares Closing Disclosures. Patty schedules the closings and coordinates with the lenders, realtors and closing parties.
Patty came to us with many years of banking experience. Prior to coming to First Title, Patty worked at FSG Bank and First Volunteer Bank.
