Founded in 1983, First Title is a full-service title company located in Chattanooga, servicing the city and surrounding areas in East Tennessee and North Georgia.  We have four licensed attorneys on staff with licenses in Tennessee and Georgia.  As our name suggests, First Title emphasizes quality in our title insurance products above all else.  We are a full-service title company with strengths in residential and commercial sales as well as refinances.  We have handled transactions ranging from small plots of raw land to large-scale commercial properties.  Our attorneys have a collective 44+ years of legal experience and are happy to speak with you regarding your Real Estate needs.
